1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to ChartGaps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. The Service

ChartGaps provides access to proprietary TradingView indicators. Access is granted based on your subscription tier (Basic, Pro, or Elite). You must have a valid TradingView account to utilize our indicators. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TradingView Inc.

3. Intellectual Property

All indicators, scripts, source code, and educational content are the exclusive property of ChartGaps. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reverse-engineering or attempting to view the source code of the indicators.
  • Sharing, selling, or redistributing the indicator access or signals.
  • Copy-trading or broadcasting our indicators for commercial use without prior written consent.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Sharing your ChartGaps or TradingView login info to bypass subscription tiers will result in immediate termination without a refund.
